- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping (if applicable) or calculated at checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/ID via Email or SMS.
You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking link.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Courier or logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- High demand during sales or festivals

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct while placing your order.
7. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order becomes undelivered due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept the order
The shipment will be returned back to us (RTO).
In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges will apply
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD orders may include additional charges
- We reserve the right to verify COD orders before dispatch
- Repeated failed COD orders may lead to COD restriction
