Return & Exchange Policy
At INDIcultura, we aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
🔁 Return Policy
We accept returns on unworn, unused products within 72 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return:
- Visit our Return/Exchange Portal, or
- Email us at support@indicultura.com (mention your Order ID)
✅ Return Conditions
- Product must be unused & unwashed
- Original tags & packaging intact
- Same condition as delivered
- Quality check mandatory after pickup
If the returned item fails quality inspection, the return request may be rejected.
💸 Return Charges
- ₹100 handling & reverse logistics fee will be deducted
🎟 Refund Method
- We do not provide cash/bank refunds
- Approved returns are issued as Store Credit only
- Store credit valid for 60 days
- Can be used on any INDIcultura product
⏳ Processing Time
- 7–10 business days after pickup & inspection
- Store credit issued after approval

We offer exchanges on eligible products within 72 hours of delivery.
📦 Exchange Process
- Visit Return/Exchange Portal or email us
- Pickup will be attempted up to 2 times
- Exchange processed after quality check
💰 Exchange Charges
- ₹100 one-way reverse logistics fee
⚠️ Important Notes
- Only 1 exchange allowed per order
- Subject to stock availability
- If size unavailable → Store Credit provided
🚚 Delivery Timeline
- Exchange completed within 7–9 business days
📍 Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship the product
- Exchange/store credit processed after inspection
📦 Damaged / Wrong / Missing Item
Report within 24 hours of delivery.
Send:
- Photos + unboxing video
- Order details
Late claims will not be accepted.
🚫 Undelivered / RTO Orders
If order is returned due to:
- Wrong address
- Missed delivery attempts
We offer:
- Reshipment, or
- Store Credit (valid for 60 days)
